MOA Spring Online Program June 13-14, 2020

Frequently Asked Questions

Interactive Online CME / 16 AOA Category 1-A Credits

 1.  Do I need to sign in every day during the conference to prove attendance?
Yes, we have tracking/certification tools users have to complete in order to prove you were there. You will be required to evaluate speakers/sessions and attest your attendance in order to claim CME just like an” in-person” convention.

 2.  Do I have to be present on the day of the conference or is it taped so I can see it anytime? Yes, you will need to be present for each lecture to earn AOA Category 1-A credits. Live chat room Q&A will be ongoing with speakers, similar to an “in-person” experience. Time tracking will detect users engagement from start to finish.

 3.  What if I am unable to tune in to all of the livestream events? In addition to the livestream event, you will have access to the full agenda of lectures on an on-demand basis for 30 days after the event. Questions may be submitted to the speakers when viewing the lectures on-demand and evaluations will need to be completed after viewing to earn AOA Category 1-A CME credits

4.  How do I access the Virtual Convention Platform?
You will NOT need to have Zoom installed on your computer. You will be emailed instructions on accessing lectures in advance of the livestream event.

5.  Will I still be able to ask questions?
Yes. Speakers will be available to answer questions from attendees on the webinar platform via chat, similar to an “in-person” experience.
